FAQs

How does Revelry work?
Sorority chapters can stand out together. We design and custom produce fun, flattering, fashion forward apparel for groups. Dressing as part of a group doesn’t have to be boring! We recognize that girls come in all shapes in sizes; therefore our collections offer several styles that are flattering on all body types with sizing from XS-5XL! We can custom outfit large and small groups.  We require a minimum of 20 items per style/color, and offer additional group discounts as quantities increase.  Before placing a group order, we encourage groups to order a Sample Box so you can try on the apparel and see our color options in person.  All group orders are final sale since all of our group apparel is made-to-order.  
 
What is included in my sample box?
Each sample box includes 4 sizes (S-XL) of each selected style, a swatch card, a tape measure for additional sizing requests, and a pre-paid UPS return label.  If you need extended sizes for your Sample Box, contact us and we will accommodate where possible.  
 
What if I do not see the color we are looking for in my swatches when I order a Sample Box? 
No problem!  Contact us with the shade you are looking for and we will find the perfect color for you!
 
Do you have a storefront where I can try samples on?
We do not have a physical storefront, make sure to order a Sample Box to see our apparel before placing a group order!
 
How do we order T-Shirt Dresses with screen print?
We can add screen print to our T-Shirt Dresses Carmen, Zoe, and Quinn.  We have a selection of screen prints to choose from, or we can create one for you!  First add your sizes and quantities of the t-shirt dresses to your cart.  Then select the screen print, and make sure the quantity of screen print matches the amount of dresses that are in your order.
 
We want T-Shirt Dresses with custom print for our chapter, can we do that?
We can add screen print to our T-Shirt Dresses Carmen, Zoe, and Quinn.  We have a selection of screen prints to choose from, or we can create one for you!  Add the Custom Screen Print product to your cart and we will send you a proof of the design you are wanting.
 
How do I measure myself?

Does Revelry have plus sizes?
Of course!  Any of our apparel can be made in any size!  If anyone needs above a size 2XL they can submit their measurements and we will have a garment produced according to where their measurements fall on our size chart that goes up to size 32.
 
Do you provide alterations?
We do not provide alteration services on finished products. 
 
How long can we keep the samples?
We ask that the sample box is dropped off at a UPS facility within 7 days after arrival. Samples not returned within 10 days from the date received will be charged the retail price of the items.
 
What if we aren’t happy with the sample styles we ordered?
If you are unhappy with the styles selected, please let us know! We are happy to send you another set of samples, complimentary!
 
What is the minimum quantity to place a custom group order?
The minimum quantity to place a custom group order is 20. If you are needing to outfit a group smaller than 20, please contact us at hello@shoprevelry.com. We may have in stock options to meet your needs.
 
How long does it take for a custom group order to be delivered?
We offer two different delivery options. Delivery time frame starts from the day payment is received. 12 weeks is our standard turn around time.  We can do a rush order, which requires 6 weeks for delivery and is an extra $8 per item.  If your group is planning to pay with a mail in check, please consider the extra time that will take on top of the 12 week delivery from the date we receive payment.  If you are ordering for Fall Recruitment, please make sure your chapter places your order before in April or May before your chapter leaves for the summer! 
 
Does Revelry charge a sales tax?
We charge sales tax on orders that are billed and shipped within the state of Texas. If applicable, sales taxe will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. If your organization is tax-exempt, please provide us with your Tax ID and we will happily withhold taxes from your order.
